Since our establishment in 2001 BBD has been active in strategic planning, marketing and sales in the Business to Business sector. Business to Business refers to the exchange of products, services, or information between companies. BBD works for Small and Medium Enterprises in the technology and service sector and for governmental organisations.
Small and Medium Enterprises
BBD works for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises which have not yet structured their marketing and sales professionally. We consider it to be an exciting challenge to professionalize the marketing and sales cycle at organisations where this is not established yet. The way we help implement marketing and sales is by becoming part of the daily practice at the company.
Though we are experienced in technological end-markets, specifically the aerospace market, we will never pretend to know the market better than our clients who deal with their market and customers daily. It is the support we provide in analysing the market, recognising the opportunities and threats, new trends and developments, develop strategies to define and meet client’s needs in the best way. We require you to work along in the marketing process; it is the only way to implement and to improve the results of your marketing and sales effort.
Structural cooperation
BBD works on a strategic and tactical level on the marketing and on an operational level on sales for our clients. We have realised with some of our clients a structural cooperation concerning sales activities. We work with strict targets for are our sales and account managers. The advantage of a BBD sales team in your organisation is that you have a highly motivated sales team which can fall back to a professional marketing and sales organisation when additional advice is needed.
